As part of our popular “Blue Plate Lecture Series”, we will be hosting a awareness and fund raiser for the Bad River Watershed Association September 28th. BRWA Executive Director Tony Janisch will speak about the watershed and its importance to the area. “The Bad River Watershed and the White River are key water resources that support the health of Lake Superior.” “I am excited about coming to the west side of the watershed, meeting its people and enjoying some great food.” We will be serving one of our Diner favorites, Cajun Red Beans and Sausage over Rice with Drink and Dessert. The Delta Diner is donating all food and drink. The event will run by all volunteer Diner staff allowing us to give all proceeds to the BRWA! Come on out and have some fun, and do some good!
