Starting January 1st, 2014, the Delta Diner will be open from 7a-12N, serving a limited menu featuring our from scratch HASH recipes!! Hash is back by popular demand. Each week we will offer our Prime Rib Hash, Green Chili Chipotle Sweet Potato Hash, and a rotating selection of half a dozen other specialty HASH options. We may offer a few other menu items, such as our Nowegian Pancakes, but it depend on grill space. We are looking for a serious HASH crowd on Wednesdays. Hash Wednesdays runs until May 31st. We will offer HASH as a regular menu item, all day on Wednesdays, June-October.
